From Comics Continuum:

Iron Man topped the box office for a second consecutive weekend, easily blowing past the premiere weekend for Speed Racer.

Iron Man brought in an estimated $50.5 million over the weekend to push its domestic total to $177.1 million.

Speed Racer placed second with $20.2 million, below industry estimates and barely edging What Happens in Vegas‘ $20.0 million.

Four of the last five Marvel movies — Iron Man, Spider-Man 3, Ghost Rider and X-Men: The Last Stand — have spent their first two weeks on top of the box office.

Iron Man now trails only Spider-Man ($403.7 million), Spider-Man 2 ($373.6 million), Spider-Man 3 ($336.4 million), X-Men: The Last Stand ($234.4 million) and X2 ($214.9 million) among Marvel films and it could catch X2 within the week.
